Herman and Klara's litter has been named "Austral" because both, Klara, an
Austral-Hungarian Princess and Herman, of Royal Blood, were born under the
Southern Cross. Austral is a derivative of the Latin term meaning "Southern"
and the word "Australia" means South Land.
